childs own room??

indiana?/my child now age 4,girl,[mom -i-have full custody] im wondering can i have it worded in court papers[ask judge] for no overnite visits with ncp..due to my concerns of the ncp not having a stable home of his own,can i request or order the ncp to have his own resident for the [female child] to have her[own room]i have a paper trail of himshowing no stability in a place of residence,he has moved every 90days for one full year, as he moves in with diff.people and surroundings/and he has moved out of state in past year,now moving back to indiana this year,so i know he will be asking court for state guideline visits when he moves back/that we have tried before he left out of state

Yes, if he takes you to court to enforce visitation, you can ask the court to set conditions on it to ensure your daughter's safety and well-being. Alternatively, you can ask that the visits be supervised by a neutral third party.
