Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

college costs

My ex-wife informs me that by Indiana Stae Law I am responsible for 1/3 of my children's college cost. There is nothing in our divorce agreement stating I am responsible for college costs. Please advise on the Indiana State Law. Thank you.

Yes, you may be responsible if she petitions the court. This is far too complicated to explain in this forum. You should contact an attorney.
