Can my Ex really Do this? Do I have the right..?
well this is a complicated one and I hope someone can help me or direct me on what to do. My ex husband has custody of 4 kids (3 of which are bilogically his 1 which is not due to rape) He is now coming up with alot of things he said the kids said and he will not let them come to my residence, until our court date, even thoe I have current visitation rights. They have been coming here over a year with no issues. He moved them to a different school under an address in which he is not living and refuses to give me the name of the school. The one of the four that is not his bilogically (but I was married to him when I had the child) if I can't get custody of the other 3 do I have right to the one that is not bilogically his even thoe the child bears his last name. due to the fact that this was a rape and the rapist wanted custody of the child the tests to proove who was the father was closed and even thoe there was no way to proove the rapist was the father he signed away the rights. my ex husband did not adopt. and could not father childern do to a vectomy (doctor confirmed
