Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Would it be considered duress to only be given one day to sign your name off of a house, without the time for legal console? Is duress the emotional strain, the timeline or both?

Duress is more complicated than just time,emotions, etc. It relates to what the other side was doing to cause this. It is not an excuse that can just be used to undo a bad decision. Sit down with an attorney and explain all the circumstances behind it, and that attorney can give you a complete answer.
