Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Would it be considered kidnapping if my husband and I are still married, but the state we live in, Indiana, has been unable to locate him. I want to move out of the US and we have 3 children. I believe he lives in the state, but continues to use my home address as his and has not resided here for 1 year. He uses a P.O. box and we see him sporadically. Also, he does not provide financially or with time and I can not afford to file for a divorce.
