Can i continue my divorce

I am trying to get a divorce spouse is in jail can i have papers served there? If not what can i do?

Yes. You can have him served in jail.

Alternatively, you can serve him by publication in Indiana, which allows for the publishing of an ad to be sufficient to serve him notice of the proceedings.

This would allow you to divorce him without his consent or presence.
