Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am going to my first court appearance for divorce this week my ex wife is driving the kids around in a car that is titled and registered under my name, her license is expired and she cant get a new one because she is dislexic and cant pass the test. I payed for the car and made payments on it even after we were seperated am I going to be able to get my car back?

If this is your first court appearance, she is not your ex-wife yet. Did she drive the car with your consent while you were together? Do you have a car to drive to your job? The court can go either way on this, as it is a marital asset, just like anything else you own.
