My xhus filed for full custody of our son, age 3. Since, CPS has been called on me numerous times. They appointed a clinical therapist to come to our house once a week. He says he cannot come to court unless there's a subpoena. Where do i find a printable FREE one? I've never seen one so I don't know what they say or I would just make one.

I do not know of a site that has a form subpoena for Indiana. Regardless, a subpoena would have to be signed by the clerk of the court since you are not an attorney. Go to your local courthouse and ask for a subpooena form, fill it out there with duplicat originals and have the clerk sign it.
