Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My ex took me too court for child support. I did not take lawyer with me, the judge court order I pay her $320 every two weeks. I make $10.55 an hour. I was evicted out of my apartment, because I could not afford to pay her, pay rent, pay utilities, buy groceries, pay insurance, put gas in my vehicle, and other needs. I currently live with my friend, can I take her too court, and try to get the amount lowered where it can be reasonable?

Go to the Indiana Judiciary Website and see what the Child Support Calculator provides. You will also need to read the INdianCode regarding modification to see whether you qualify.
