if we have never been to court for child support,can i move my child out of state

The real question is has there been a determination of paternity or was the child a product of a marriage. If so, then you need to follow the relocation laws. I would also be hesitant to moving out of state without consulting an attorney if you have acknowledge the father by your conduct over the years.
