Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If a court order was issued in Illinois, but both parties have since moved to Indiana for more than six months who has jurisdiction over the child custody order? Father has custody and mother is not following several of the terms set in the order, ex: not paying child support, not paying her half of medical expenses, not paying a loan she was required to pay, etc. Where can or should the custodial parent go to take her to court? Also, will courts today process a non-custodial parent for contempt for failing to follow the terms of a custody court order?

The Illinois order needs to be registered Indiana. Sure. if egregious enough, the courts will find one parent in contempt.
