Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i was court ordered to attend to mediation and conflict between unmarried parents class and i came to an aggreement with the mediator to avoid going back in front of the judge. My sons father is granted every wednesdays from 9am til 1:30pm. my son is a year old and doesnt know his father as it is. I feel that my son is going to be in danger and going to be in a hostile environment considering the father is a gang member, does and deals drugs, and leaves home constantly(other children left behind at home alone). Should I not let the father have his parenting time? or what should i do.

Follow the agreement, which I assume the court has ordered you to follow, until you hire an attorney and ask the judge to change the order. However, keep track of what harm your child actually incurs during the time that you are abiding by the parenting time order, and that may help you decide whether the judge will change it in the future.
