Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Court ordered medical

i am a human resource assistant in the state of indiana who also has a child whose father is court order to cover her on his medical insurance. i don't make him do this since there is a huge difference in cost for him. i have noticed at work that the courts are sending documentation for fathers that are supposed to cover their children and are not and we are adding these children on to our plan.is this something the custodial parents are doing or are the county prosecutors for child support looking into files and sending these orders? i don't want this to cause problems for her father and will do an ammendment to my orignal order if needed.any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Court ordered medical

Cutting to the chaser, file an agreed modification order with the court. That is the only way to make sure that he does not have problems.
