Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Court Orders and judges
My daughter has stated that the attorney that her grandfather hired for her and her mother, has told her that she has the right to refuse visitation with me, and that all her mother has to say is that she has tried to convince our daughter to go but can not force her to go. If this would be the case isn't the attorney actually telling his clients to go against a court order. Can the attorney be reprimanded by the judge for instructing his clients to do this?

not only reprimanded by the judge, but sanctioned by the Attorney Disciplinary Commission if a complaint is filed.
