What do I do if my current family law attorney won't respond to my email/phone requests for update on my divorce proceedings (over a month since I spoke to her)?

Send her a letter asking for an update within a week. Use snail mail. Detail your efforts to get an update. If no response, fire her.

I would do more than send snail mail. I would send it by certified mail. You might rmind her that she has an ethical and contractual obligation to communicate with you.
