Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My current husband is re joining the military and I have two kids from a previous marriage which i share custody with he only gets 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks in the summer he is also in the military and lives in georgia would i have to ok it through him or the courts before we move to wherever my current husband gets stationed
