Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
If i am not the custodial parent but filed a petition for an education order, can i cancel that order ? Does the custodial parent need to file for that? What would the repricussions be if I did cancel it?

It is unclear to me whether you actually obtained the order or merely filed for it. If there has been no order entered, you should be able to withdraw your petition. You cannot withdraw the order, only a judge or magistrate can vacate an order.
