Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Does a custodial parent have the right to say that the non custodial parent can only have visitation with a child that is supervised by the custodial parent in the custodial parents home? If visitation must be supervised per a court order, can someone other than the custodial parent be the supervisor? Thank you

Only a court can limt where and how visitation is implemented. If the order is vague and subject to manipulation or multiple interpretations, you need to have the order modified.Yes someone else can be the supervisor.
