Custodial Parent Undermines Non-Custodial Parent

The custodial parent repeatedly tells 5 year old child, that his step father is daddy and that his real father is just ''Ed'', undermining childs relationship with real father. Is mother in contempt?

That is not only grounds for contempt, but possible grounds for modification of custody.
