custody of my little brother and sister

i am trying to have costody of my little brother and sister[16&14] we were split up after my mother's death they are currently living with their abuse father which is on drugs right now.I really dont want the living in that kind of environment. im the oldest [18 going on 19] and i am willing to take all custody them both a raise them i have a job and and is willing to get a home to fit all so all of us can be together. Is there any way u can give me advice om my sitution???
