Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

custody case

I am involved in a case in which my ex has a clear pattern of moving my daughter from rstate to state. She has moved her four times in three years to different states. This establishes a pattern of course. She also has one contempt and I am trying to file another contempt for failue to show up for a required hearing in which she was orderd to show up with our daughter in person but failed to. Also I am trying to file two criminal charges having to do with this same case but the prosecutor will not touch the charges even though the judge told me that there could be a criminal charge pursued. How do I go about getting the criminal charges and how do my chances look as far as custody.

Re: custody case

This is a question that you should ask of your attorney. If you do not have one, your chances of getting custody of the prosecutor to do anything are pretty slim.
