What can I do about my ex husbend keeping our child from me we have joint custody and my child support is paid. he also makes false accusations about me and won't answer my calls to speak to my child and when i write toher either he or his wife tear it up? Oh and he expects me to have supervised visitations with our child subjected to his new wife who has had a protective order on me for over six years fileing false police reports.

You need to see a lawyer in person and review all of the orders concerning custody and visitation as it sounds odd that there would be joint custody and supervised visitation. It sounds to me that you may have a claim for contempt.
