Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Custody Issue

My fiancee recently got divorced. Through his marriage, he and his ex had 4 children. Or at least he thinks they are his. He has reason to believe at least part of them are not. The divorce is final and custody set. Can he challenge the paternity? He signed birth certs and has assumed responsibility. She kept diaries about messing around on him around the time she got pregnant with at least 2 of them. Is he doomed to pay for them for the next 20+/- years or can he do something if they turn out to not be his?

Re: Custody Issue

Since parenthood would have been admnitted in the dissolution, this would be a difficult issue to bring up at this time. Nevertheless, depending on cirucmstances, it may be possible. Your fiance needs to see attorney in person to discuss details.
