Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

custody issues

I am not the custodial parent of my daughter, her mother has full custody. Due to her mothers ork schedule My wife and I have my daughter around 80 percent of he time during the week that she is not at daycare or sleeping. So this being how it is I am thinking about trying to get custody once again as I failed before due to financial resources but was wondering if just having my daughter this much and documenting it will be enough to win hopefully. I feed her dinner, bath her, and she sleep at my house three to four nights a week PLUS I am still paying my support. of course this cant be fair. CAN I GET CUSTODY EVEN THOUGH I AM A FATHER???!!!!! doesnt seem like it.

Re: custody issues

In light of the circumstances, it sounds like you have a strong case to modify custody to joint custody and to obtain a reduction in child support.

There is not enough stated in your submission to determine whether you could get sole custody. Remember, this is not about you, it is about what is in the best interest of your child.
