Custody Rights
My mother lives in Florida, and I live in Indiana. My dad is married to a 3rd wife and i am living with his 2nd wife, no relation to me. I was wondering if it was possible for my parents to give the women im living with full custody of me. If so how what would it take.

They could enter into an agreement giving this person custody through the Courts, or this person could apply for a guardianship in your probate courts alleging that your parents are in agreement leaving you with her and asking each of them to sign a consent.
