Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have had custody of my son since age 12 he is 17 and 6months now. A judge just returned custody of him to his mother he refuses to go, what can happen.

He can be bodily taken there. If he runs away, he can be adjudged a delinquent. It is up to you to make sure that he does what you tell him to do and go to his mother's, just like you have been telling him what to do over the past 5 1/2 years.

I agree with Jay. Additionally, it sounds like there has been a breakdown in communication and at least one relationship here. It might be a good idea for some counseling.
