Custody

I am a 14 year old female and my parents have joint custody of me. My mom is the custodial parent. I was wondering if there is any way I can legally terminate my father's visitation. I honestly believe that me being at his house is not only damamging to my physical health but my mental health as well. So my questions is can I get the custody arangements for me changed and how do I go about doing this?

You need to discuss this with your mother. If she agrees, she needs to file for a modification in court.
