Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have custody of my 2 year old son. I am wanting to relocate from IN to KS. I am engaged and My fiance has a job and has been with the company for 15 years and His daughter is established in high school there and has all her friends there. I would have better job opportunities there where as here in IN i am unemployed and have been looking for work for the past year with no luck. My sons dad has no stable work history and bounces from one temp job to another and takes lower paying jobs on purpose even with having 2 masters degrees. He also isnt reliable on child support and hit and miss on paying it. He has stayed up with visitation but has also kidnapped my son 4 times and the police have had to return my son to me. He is trying to stop me from moving. With all that I have that I feel will be in the childs best interest is this enough to have the courts see the move is beneficial for my son?

Sounds good to me. However, I am not the judge. I also have no idea what you put in your Notice of Relocation. If you have not hired counsel, I suggest that you do so.
