Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i have custody of my 15 yr old and his father and i want joint. he owes back support and i want it all dropped through the courts, for his son will be moving in with him for a while, and i need to know how to go about this in a quick,easy manner,but want to cross all t's, and dot all of my i's and do it in a manner where im protcted as well.{ legal wise, by the books} w/out having to pay an attourney.} can you give me advice on this? we live indianapolis,in if that helps w the laws any. thank you.

What you want to do can be doen but is out of the ordinary. If you want all of your ts crossed and i's dotted you need to hire counsel. If you cannot afford counsel, you need to see whether legal services are available to you at your local pro bono district office. Good luck.
