Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
my dad gets disability social security and just found out that he might have a kid that is 2years old. After the DNA test is taken if it is proved that he is the father, can they take Child Support out of his disability social security check and if so is there a certain amount or % they can take?

The child will qualify for benefits and your father should be able to get a credit if he asks the court.
