Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My dad and his three wife divorce a couple of years ago. They had two girls together. The girls' mother is not able to at care of them. This February my dad brought my sisters to live with me because his fourth wife did not want them. He does not have legal papers for this. He only has a notarize paper for Power of Attorney .

I'm not sure of the question here. If it is "Is this POA good enough to give me custody", the answer is no, the court with jurisdiction over the divorce has order custody with you. Also, Dad apparently brought you the girls because HE didn't want them, and neither did their mother. If you want to care for them, you need to sit down with an attorney in your area, sooner rather than later.
