Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am going through a divorce which has just taken place recently. I have two children 9 & 12. my husband has the kids everyother weekend as I do on the opposite weekends. I have gone out to socialize with friends. I had dinner with a male freind and wsa told that my husband could try for sole custody of the kids if i dated while going through the divorce. is this true?

No not all. The only way it might be an issue is your engaged in some type of act with the person in front of the children which could be considered inappropriate or harmful. Just use common sense. As an adult, you may still have a life in spite of being a parent.
