Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daughter and her boyfriend are splitting. he said he is moving and now he refuses. they rent and both are on the lease. does she have any legal recurse to force him out?

She can petition the court to find out which of them has to move. It could be her just as easily at is is him, depending on their relative circumstances.
