Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hello, I have one daughter 19 that is college 2 days a week which is full time, I guess and I have a 18 year old starting college 1 day a week part time I guess, My question do I still have to pay their mother child support for both of them until 21. Is part time different then full time ? also is there any way to give the kids the money directly so it can go to their books not there mothers booze the youngest has a 2 year old son that is getting welfare asst. for does that effect me either, they both work and I am still paying for health insurance also hopefully u can help me out with these questions, the girls live in Indiana and I live in Kansas thanks Jim

The question isn't part time or full time. It is whether they are emancipated financially. In other words are they in a position to be able to live independently without support from a parent. You did not mention whether they work fulltime and what they earn.

Absent an agreement, child support is paid to the mother.
