Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
my daughter has seen her father for the most part every other weekend since she was born. He pays child support regularly. She is now almost 7 years old. Her other half sister refuses to visit her father. This past Friday he tried to commit suicide. What do I do with my daughter's visitations? I am concerned for her safety.

Seek counseling for your daughter as the situation will be very traumatic for her and hire counsel to modify the parenting time in court.
I don't know whether her father's suicide attempt will be traumatic unless it occurred while she was with him. (There is no reason for you to tell her about it,) I do think you need to get a handle on what his problem is, and make sure HE is obtaining appropriate treatment before allowing unsupervised visitation again. If you can not make contact with him directly to assure yourself of this, you will need counsel to go through the court to do it.
Good luck.
