Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
my daughter lives in Indiana,i live in Texas. she was born 10/93. i pay child support every month, and i also pay on my arrears(in which i have almost caught up). here is my question, she has had an abortion with out my or her fathers permission in the summer of 2010( her father don't even know about the abortion) a neighbor(the aborted child's fathers, mother) took her to Illinois(danville) and signed for the abortion,in Il. i think you have to be 18 to get a abortion, with out parental permission. do i have a legal foot to stand on? as far as i am concerned the fathers, mother broke several laws in this situation. she crossed a state line with a mimor and falseified records, and contributed to the delin. of a minor. my question is this do i have a case here worth persuing? do i still have to pay child support(in which i don't mind) they killed my grand baby, what can i do?

You do not have a claim in Indiana. I cannot tell you whether you do in Illinois. I don't know why you would think that this occurrence changes your obligation to pay child support for a 17 year old who still lives with her father.
