Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my daughter has a 4 month old baby she went to court for dna. she has custody he has visition by indiana parenting time guidelines.the father is with cardinal services he has staff come to his home 3 days a week to take him where he whats to go or clean his house or whatever he needs done. he set the visits here in my home for the days he has staff and tells me that he wont come in and see his son without his staff.they are not on the court order i told him he can come on the days he dose not have staff.he can bring his mother or his wife but not them. do i have to let his staff come and stay with him the2hours for his visit in my home.

If your daughter does not have a home or place where the father can visit with staff there, than she either has to find such a place (meaning move out), or ask the court to select another location for visitation because you won't allow the visitation in your home. The court will NOT solve this problem by making a disabled person travel without staff, or by cutting off his visitation.
