Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daughter & 10 month old grandson & the baby's father, live in Indiana, I live in Florida and have supported the 3 of them for over 2 years for nearly 100% of their finances. My daughter has worked off & on, but is currently unemployed. They are being evicted in the next couple of days because I just cannot support them any longer. Their situation is not good & looks like they will be parting ways. I have offered to have my daughter & grandson move to Florida to help her get a job & return to school as she wishes to do. The baby's dad, who has been with my daughter for 3 years (& has never worked ) is saying that the baby cannot leave Indiana & that he will take this to court. They are not married, the father is listed on the birth certificate, but the baby does not have his last name. Can my daughter & grandson legally leave Indiana without the fathers' permission? I'm hoping so & also hope the worst possible scenario would be if the father does take this to court, that she'll have to go back to Indiana.

Your daughter needs to see a lawyer immediately. There is a notice that she has to file to allow the move. Yes, father may object, and then the court would decide.
