Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daughter mother won't let me see my child they live in florida we were never married and She basically took our daughter from me I had her from the age 6 to 12 years old. I recently got a text message from my daughter on a friends phone saying she wants to see me and come live with me? So where do I start to get her back?
