Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a daughter and the mother has not let me see her since 2017/2018. She remarried and told me the guy was adopting her. I still pay support on her and have since everything happened, but I've never had the money to hire a lawyer to fight this. How do I find out if he has actually adopted her. & is he able to do that without my permission? Im in a better financial spot now, and if he didn't adopt, I want to know if I'm able to fight it to get my rights that I should have.

If an adoption was filed, you should have received notice, unless you moved and did not tell the mother where you were located. If an adoption took place, suppoort should have been terminated. If no adoption took place, you have the right to enforce whatever was provided in the divorce order(s). You will need to speak with an attorney in oerson in order to be provided with a more comprehensive analysis.
