Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Should daughter move back

My daughter left Allen County Indiana with her 4 sons Dec. 17th after she was chased back into her home by her husband whom she had asked to move out of the home. She came back to Marion county where her entire family support lives. On Dec. 27,06 he filed for divorce and custody of the 4 sons. Had 1st court date and judge gave temp. custody to the father because she moved out of the county. Her lawyer has since quit. Should she move back to try and get her children back without any home, job or support? Would she stand a better chance of winning if she did? Please advise. I have scanned her court papers if you would like to read them. Also dad said he didn't know where she was or went, he knew she was coming to Marion county (her parents home) because she told him that very day she was leaving and taking the kids there. He claims in court he didn't know about it.

Re: Should daughter move back

Get another attorney in Allen County, make sure daughter gets to all the hearings. It is unclear why the lawyer quit.
