Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My daughter who is 17 is planning on getting married this April, both her father and I have joint custody. She also has a baby and another child on the way with the guy she is engaged to. My question is do both parents have to give consent to let her get married? We also live in Indiana.

Generally, both parents, unless there is a divorce and sole custody is with one parent. In that instances, only the custodial parent need consent. Also, she could petition the court to waive consent since she has a child and is pregnant.
