Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Daughter wanted to go live with father for the school year now she wants to come back home to me don't think dad is going to let it happen. What can I do? I have been the coustodial parent since she was born. I signed a paper for her dad to enroll her in the school in his district and was told we would have joint coustyed however I was never given any paper work

Look to the court file. If an order was issued last fall based upon your agreement, you may need to file a motion to modify. If no order was issued, and you are still the sole legal custodian, you may pick up your daughter at any time.
