Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daughter is 17 years old. She has not attended school for over a year. Also, she has recently given birth to a baby of her own and no longer lives with her mother. Is there anything that I can do to have the support stopped or am I still obligated to pay her mother even though she no longer cares for her? Is emancipation an option?

IF she is no longer under her mother's care and control, you can request that the support not go to mother anymore. Some adult is caring for your daughter somehow, and the support should go there at least until age 18.
