my daughter is 3 years old. me and her father were never married. he has had an on again off again pain killer addiction for the last 10 years and i recently found out he is insanely addicted to porn afterhours at his work. i left him when i found out. my question is i want to go thru court to set up visitation for him to see his daughter, but his pain killer addiction and his porn addiction scares me to death. i want to ask for supervised visitation. what are the laws in indiana?

You will have to prove the actual risk of danger to your child. This is more than just saying you are scared. You will need a lawyer to present this, as it is a very fact specific decision by the judge.
