Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My daughter is 20 years old and moving into a apartment with her boyfriend. Do I still have to pay child support? She currently attends Ivy Tech school.

If she is attending Ivy tech full time, definately. If part time, possibly not depending on other factors. However, until there is an order of emancipation or she turns 21, you cannot stop paying.
