Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My daughter is 11yrs old and there have been some domestic violence going on in her fathers home. The police have not been called as of yet. I am really scared to send my daughter up there for this reason what can I do or say about this issue? He has already put her in a position to take her to meet another women and tell her not to say a word to her stepmom.

Take your daughter. Find out what the counselor says about physical or emotional harm to your daughter. Go to court to try to enforce the counselor's recommendations.

Petition for modification of custody or parenting time whatever the case may be.
