Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daughters biological father works out of state when he comes into town to see her he is supposed to have supervised visits with me being the supervisor. We can not stand each other for more than an hour and always disagree on parenting her. Am I required to supervise their full visit? Two 3 hour weekdays & 1 ten hour weekend day. It’s almost impossible to not argue in front of my daughter when we are together and I work. Monitoring him for ten hours on a weekend day is excessive to me. There are no clear guidelines on supervised visitation.

Why are the visits supervised? As you probably know, that is not the standard arrangement. You can ask the court to modify the agreement to call for an alternate supervisor, but YOU need to have some suggestions for who that should be, and you may need to be willing to help pay for that if the supervision is considered vital by you.
