My daughters boyfriend has been court orderd to pay child support but does not pay. My daught dosen't make him pay but I am the one who shells out all the money for this child and now he has another child with my daught so that makes 2 children he is not paying anything for He does not even pay any medical bills for these children. Can I do anything my self to get money from this dead beat dad???

Your options are:
1. KIck your daughter out and let her deal with raising her children.
2. Request guardianship for the children since neither parent is contributing to their care according to your posting. This would also require your kicking your daughter out, but if granted, the kids would stay with you.
3. Accept the situation as it is.
Only the mother of the children can pursue enforcement of support, and she needs to support them also.

In addition to what Jay suggests, you might be bale to obtain custody, yourself, if it is in the best interest of the children for you to do so. If you obtain custody, you could ask for child support and take steps to enforce it.
