Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daughter's boyfriend 18 and and they are expecting a baby. He wants to transfer to her school and his dad will not sign over educational guardianship for him to do this. How can he file for emancipation so he can do this? The school system says that unless he does this he cannot simply move in with us and transfer schools unless his dad signs educational guardianship to me.

If he is 18, he can live wherever he wants to live. Whether it is a good idea that he move in with you or a bad idea, or his reason for changing schools, is no one else's business.
